Robert Hoffmann- President
Robert Hoffmann is a University of Missouri Rolla Graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He started his career at Procter and Gamble in Cincinnati, Ohio. He returned to St Louis and went to school at Ranken Technical College. Robert serves on the board of ACCA and previously served as President for 2 years. He was voted Air Conditioning Contractor of Man of the Year in 2000, 2001, 2002. While he attended the University of Rolla he was a part of Kappa Sigma and is avidly involved as an Alumni. He serves on the Kappa Sigma House Corporation for over 20 years, 12 of which he was President. He was honored as Kappa Sigma Man of the Year in 1995. Robert served on the building committee of Chaminade College Prepatory School. He is also on the Executive Board of the Better Business Bureau. Robert has also served on the advisory board for both Ranken & Vatterott Technical College. He served as president of the UMKC parents association. Robert is a board member of Associated Builders and Contractors and served as President in 2006.
Tonya Rombach- Service Manager
Tonya is a graduate of Hickey College. In her 16 years at Hoffmann Brothers, she has been involved with the service and maintenance departments, as well as the training and utilization of our dispatching software to its fullest capabilities. She has been the Service Team Leader for the last three years. Tonya has complete authority in directing the field personnel, support personnel, and its resources.
Bart Pohlman- Service Foreman
Bart attended Ranken Technical School and graduated with a HVAC Associate degree in 1986. He went back in Ranken and received is Stationary Engineer Certificate in 1992. Bart has multiple licenses including St. Louis County Master Pipefitter & Journeyman Sheet metal. He has been with Hoffmann Brothers for over 15 years, but has over 25 years worth of experience in both residential and commercial service & repair. He presently holds a American Society of Sanitary Engineering certification, N.A.T.E Certification, and his International Ground Source Heat Pump Association Certification.
Mike Stockhausen – Service Foreman
Mike is a graduate of Ranken technical college with an Associate of Technology degree (HVACR program). Through the past 16 years at Hoffmann Brothers he has been involved in installations, service and project managing large jobs. With his experience and auto-cad drafting skills Mike has helped design many of our custom projects. He carriers many licenses/certifications including St. Louis County and city pipefitters, American Society of Engineering, NCI air balancing, IGSHPA, and NATE. Mike is responsible for servicing commercial customers and assisting a number of service techs in the field.
Jim Smith – Commercial Comfort Advisor
Jim attended Lewis and Clark Technical School and graduated in 1983. He has an associate’s degree in Business Management from Jefferson College. Jim has multiple licenses including Journeyman Pipefitter and Journeyman Sheet metal with St. Louis County and St. Louis City. He has been with Hoffmann Brothers for 21 years and has over 35 years of experience in residential and commercial service and sales.
